Operations,<br \/>\n<\/h3>\n<h5>you got that and know how to differentiate between them using clear signs and skills.<br \/>Most importantly, you&#8217;ve learned what leadership is, different styles and different types of leaders and how to deal with them, and how to be the best leader you could be yourself by empowering your team, inspiring them and how to always make sure that you&#8217;re learning whenever and wherever.<\/h5>\n<h5>You&#8217;ve learned the most practical ways to review the performance of your team and a few techniques that will help set targets efficiently.<\/h5>\n<h5>Giving feedback is now a strong point for you, you can easily give positive and negative feedback without sweating and overthinking it.<br \/>You&#8217;ve also understood what is self-awareness and how to constantly enhance your self-awareness and how to identify the people around you while being able to address it effectively.<br \/>Now we move to how you could understand that the closer you are to the organisation, the more effective you become.<br \/>Linking your leadership with the organisation could make you stand out easily, the more you understand, the stronger and more reliable you are perceived.<\/h5>\n<h5>Your role in an organisation is not just to do things by the book, rules can be modified by you right now and you can make things better in every aspect whether it&#8217;s a process or a policy.<\/h5>\n<h5>Look at yourself as an enabler and a subject matter expert of how to achieve things rather than a judge who is against decisions because you just don&#8217;t think they are the right decisions.<\/h5>\n<h5>Leadership is the process where you influence a group of team members to move in a certain direction that is set by the alignment with the organisation, not what you think is right only.<\/h5>\n<h5>The word leadership is always associated with various aspects of human endeavor such as politics, business, academics, and social works.<\/h5>\n<h5>Dave Messick and Rod Kramer, two of the world&#8217;s great social scientists, argue that the degree to which the individual shows leadership traits not only depends on his characteristics and personal abilities but also on the characteristics of the situation and environment in which he finds himself.<\/h5>\n<h5>This means that it&#8217;s just about how great you are, it&#8217;s about your ability to work around situations and show true leadership.<\/h5>\n<h5>Therefore, a leader will support an organisation if he believes that through it his personal objective and goals could be met, if not, the leader shouldn&#8217;t expose that his interest declined.<\/h5>\n<h5>Leadership happens when you work with the team member&#8217;s motivation and competence of the team members, not just targets.<\/h5>\n<h5>Your team is your asset, they are the main reason for your success.<\/h5>\n<h5>Setting the right targets, and being fair and supportive is one side of your leadership, it also includes your confidence in your decisions and making the difficult choices at times with discomfort.<\/h5>\n<h5>Discomfort molds you into a stronger version of you, embrace them and don&#8217;t fight them.<\/h5>\n<h5>Our current era is changing in a blink of an eye, newer technologies are invented every day and competition is stronger and competition is emerging at a much faster pace than before which will affect the behavior of the team, leader, organisation and create challenges that were not seen before.<\/h5>\n<h5>A critical determinant that will forever make a difference in an organisation&#8217;s ultimate success is the quality of leadership that exists inside of it.<\/h5>\n<h5>Are they adaptable? reliable? strong in tough situations? smart when getting the best out of the team members? Always up to date with their learning about the world and its latest trends? Are they knowledgeable enough? Do they think decisions through and learn from their mistakes? All of these are questions that the organisation gets answers to by seeing your work and demonstrating them in action not just talking about them.<\/h5>\n<h5>The quality of leadership plays a key role in the team&#8217;s motivation, satisfaction, and overall performance which links directly to the organisation&#8217;s growth.<\/h5>\n<h5>Having quality leadership will always make the organisation move faster and develop stronger than others.<\/h5>\n<h5>Organisational growth is not accomplished by one person&#8217;s effort or one team&#8217;s effort, it&#8217;s a collective effort that everyone inside it contributes to which is why team building and having a strong team foundation is a very important aspect of it.<\/h5>\n<h5>We can confidently say, quality leaders, build strong teams that are able to go through issues and obstacles.<\/h5>\n<h5>We&#8217;ve witnessed over time that many organisations were at their peak and suddenly fell apart, and its root cause is usually their inability to reach ineffective leadership in their top line.<\/h5>\n<h5>Because they couldn&#8217;t navigate difficult decisions properly, they had to go through many difficult situations where they eventually failed.<\/h5>\n<h5>This happens when the teams are not well aligned, not well controlled and their performance is on average at best due to the lack of motivation and support and this can only happen from not having effective leadership that leads as well into poor performance, high operating cost, uncooperative team members, turnover, negativity in the workplace and many other side effects.
